Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Voltorca, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, reliable electrical services. To ensure fair scheduling for all customers, the following cancellation policy applies to all booked appointments: 1. Deposit Requirement A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the final service cost. 2. Cancellation Notice (24 Hours) You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full deposit refund or may choose to apply the deposit to a rescheduled appointment. 3. Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. 4. No-Show Policy If you are not present at the scheduled service time and cannot be reached, the appointment will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee. 5. Arrival & Access Please ensure safe and timely access to the work area at the scheduled time. If access is not provided or the job cannot proceed, it may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show. 6. Emergency Exceptions We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
